500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Zwönitzer Seidel a clear golden-orange coloured Pilsener with a generous two fingers slightly beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is malty, strong floral hops and barnyard. The flavour is sweety malts, cereal, a touch of caramel, cooked vegetables, leeks, and intense floral hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy, clean and hoppy bitter. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A classical and very enjoyable Pilsener from the Erzgebirge in Saxony.
