Poured a cloudy light copper color from the tap at the brewery/restauant. The dense off-white head left good lacing. Aroma of grain; hay and malt, light floral hops. Smooth mouthfeel with a lightly bitter edge. Tastes of light malt, grass, and sweetish honey and clover. Light, mildly bitter finish. At least better than the Helles.
