Zlatý Bažant 0,0% Tmavé je prvé slovenské tmavé pivo úplne bez alkoholu. Táto inovácia bola uvarená s použitím až štyroch rôznych sladov: svetlého plzenského, svetlého karamelového, bavorského a farebného sladu. Práve starostlivo zvolená kombinácia sladov mu dodáva intenzívnu sladovú chuť a vôňu s tónmi praženého sladu. Vyrába sa metódou tzv. studenej fermentácie. Kvasenie pri tejto metóde prebieha pri veľmi nízkej teplote, vďaka ktorej kvasinky neprodukujú žiadny alkohol, a výsledné pivo si aj napriek tomu zachováva plnú pivnú chuť.....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Zlatý Bažant 0.0% Tmavé is the first Slovak dark beer completely without alcohol. This innovation was brewed using up to four different malts: light pilsner, light caramel, bavarian and colored malt. It is the carefully chosen combination of malts that gives it an intense malt flavor and aroma with notes of roasted malt. It is produced by the so-called cold fermentation. Fermentation in this method takes place at a very low temperature, thanks to which the yeast does not produce any alcohol, and the resulting beer still retains its full beer taste
