This BPA is not your traditional Belgian Pale, infusing the finest contributions from American and Belgian brewing culture. Our BPA combines a group of notoriously citrus-laden American hops (Chinook, Cascade, and Sterling) with a peppery and fruity farmhouse yeast strain. Fermented in the warmer range, this brew finishes tart and dry with an unbelievable smoothness. Hops: Chinook, Cascade, Sterling Malts: Pils, Vienna, Biscuit, & Golden Naked Oats
