Upstream is our ode to the soft Hoppy Pilsner: an Italian and American tradition all at once. German Tradition, US Willamette, US Saaz, and German Saphir hops offer a unique and bright bouquet of Grapefruit and Tangerine as German grown malt lends a soft water cracker crispiness to the current. Made to be a drinking beer that satisfies endlessly and effortlessly, Upstream will certainly be our summertime river companion as we find the smoothest stone on the bank and give it a toss on up into the current and across the water. Another sip as the ripples fade and, well, we’ll have another.
