Table table table. A 3.1% abv beer to be consumed communally, and in large quantities. Inspired by multiple euro style “farmhouse” inspired session ales. A culmination of what we love in these beers. Heritage floor malted Pils & Munich malts, flaked oats, carafoam, and raw AZ Sonoran wheat from @grainrandd. Bittered lightly with German grown Tettnanger, then hit with a big late boil addition of American grown Lemondrop hops. Started fermentation with a Belgian yeast typically reserved for low abv wheat ales, at a relatively warm temp, then allowed the beer to free rise naturally to a much much warmer temp. A yeast driven beer. This process allows us to pull deep aromas of peach fuzz, pink peppercorn, sourdough.
