SCHWARZBIER comes to us from a deep Eastern German brewing tradition where attention to detail means everything, which is why we used a blend of rich Pilsner and Munich malts with a small bit of high quality German Roasted Barley step mashed through a range of temperatures to highlight notes of smooth cold brew coffee with a complementary roast character. Carbonated naturally, and lagered for serveral weeks at freezing temperature, Schwarzbier was filtered to clean up and highlight the harmony of each component piece that went into its creation, each at their own time.
