Predation is our yearly, beloved, S'mores Imperial Stout. We teamed up with Horus Aged Ales to brew up the ultimate S'mores Imperial Stout full of Ghanaian cacao nibs & marshmallows. We then conditioned this fragrant and tasty liquid atop Madagascar vanilla resulting in a supremely decadent imperial stout. Predation is truly a shining example of a pastry stout meant to be enjoyed during the holidays.

Rated Dec. 2020. Pint can pours with a dark chocolate colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up loads of chocolate as well as lesser amounts of dark roasted malts and reduced sugar like molasses. The taste delivers slick rich sweet dark milk chocolate flowing into a brief chocolate fudge sensation. To midway it picks up wafer thin dark roasted malts and brown sugar. This is a pleasing chocolate infused sipper.
