Super Pils is a super exciting triple collab we did with our friends at Mikkeller SD and Superstition Meadery. Due to our mutual love of clean and crisp lagers we decided to create a German Pils and then proceeded to re-ferment that pilsner in freshly emptied Superstition Mead barrels. The beer then rested on oak for over a month to create an incredibly complex, slightly fruity, slightly sweet, yet clean and crisp pils. We'd say this experiment was a raging success and cant wait to brew up this one again!
