Rated Aug. 2021. 12oz pale copper waxed bottle pours with a deep dark colored body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up an inviting blend of chocolate, dark chocolate, a full load of fresh vanilla, a bit marshmallow and then dark roasted malts, molasses and a mild bourbon like booziness. The taste delivers rich drool inducing dark chocolate and rich fresh yummy vanilla. To midway the modest dark roasted maltiness, bourbon like boozines and booze bubble to the surface to help provide a deeper richer experience. The moderate rich yummy vanilla really provides added depth without out shinning the other notes. This is a superior sipper. Wow.
