Predation is a Barrel Aged S'mores Imperial Stout. We teamed up with Horus Aged Ales to brew up the ultimate S'mores Imperial Stout full of Ghanaian cacao nibs & hand-toasted marshmallows. We then placed this delicious liquid atop Madagascar vanilla beans in a few hand-selected Heaven Hill bourbon barrels resulting in a supremely decadent imperial stout. This one will age with the best of them!

    Rated Jan. 2019. 12oz can pours with a deep dark mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up chocolate, some marshmallows and molasses drizzled dark roasty malts. The taste delivers velvety smooth dark chocolate goodness nuanced by thin marshmallow notes. The chocolate just keeps flowing as dark roasted to slightly burnt malts try and take over the experience. Really nice rich sipper with only a mild sense of the ABV.

    Pours chocolate with minimal head. Aroma presents woody, earthy and chocolate tones. Flavor yields chocolate, marshmallow, earthy and roast malt. Texture offers fair body and fizz. Predate!
