The Art of Fugue is made with Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, hopped in the kettle and during fermentation with German grown Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, fermented with German lager yeast, spunded to achieve a high volume of natural carbonation, lagered long and cold, and ultimately filtered to let these noble hops shimmer and shine. This beer is a pretty amazing example of what humble Noble Hops can offer when we let them run wild. A collaboration with the top notch humans from Good Brewing Co. of Duluth, GA.
