Introducing DIRTY CHAI, a 10.5% Imperial Stout... We whipped up a super big super festive imperial stout just in time for the holidays. This one is brewed with decadence in mind. Double roasted crystal malt, chocolate malt, huskless dark roast malt, oats—all lend to a very rich & very smooth drinking experience. We took this a step further and double mashed this grain bill, for 2 separate single running mashes to fill the kettle. 6 hour boil. Fermented low and slow with our house ale yeast. After fermentation we racked this already viscous 10.5% abv imp stout onto a couple hundred pounds of toasted coconut, premium freshly roasted @presscoffee morning blend, and a custom chai spice blend. The adjuncts blend beautifully, all harmonious and surprisingly difficult to notice one without another component chiming in. A fresh & festive take on non-BA adjunct stout. Hope y’all enjoy.

Rated Feb. 2021. Pint can pours with a nice dark body that supports a dark tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a bit of dark chocolate, rolling in softer almost nutty coffee notes rimmed generously with spicy chai notes. The taste delivers smooth chocolate seamlessly woven into sweetened coffee. It quickly picks up spicy chai and murmurs of soft nutty coconut. This is a nice sipper. Highly brimming with adequatulence.
