Introducing CREME DE BANANA, a 12.4% Imperial BA Stout... Big. Bourbony. Banana. Our latest offering for the Saguaro Society features a trifecta of ingredients we have yet to combine. Banana, rich vanilla and graham cracker all come together to create an experience that reminds us of decadent bite of banana cream pie. On the nose it's all banana cream. On the pallet were getting banana, cinnamon, vanilla and just a kiss of fudge on the back end. Add to that some slight booziness from the time this one spent in barrels and you've got yourself a lovely little sipper that only gets more complex and dimensional as time goes on. 12.4% abv.

Rated Oct. 2022. Yellow waxed 12oz bottle pours with a dark colored body that supports a thin tan ring of foam. The aroma offers up a bit of boozy heat followed by blend of dark roasted malts, chocolate and an unmistakable banana sensation. The taste delivers a hit of chocolate and prune to date like sweet dark fruity esters. To midway a flash of dark roasted malts and a modest but well balanced banana sensation surface and help glide this puppy toward the finish. This is a nice balanced rich sipper but I'm not sure it's my cup of tea.
