Barrel Select #3 was aged in a single and exquisite Stagg Jr. barrel, giving a slightly boozier aroma than Select #4. Big whiffs of bakers chocolate, and decadent vanilla caviar flavors balanced by the pure Stagg Jr. spirit shining through. Softer mouthfeel with lasting notes of rich maple syrup. Both of these Trevor's Store Pick barrels (Barrel Select #3 and Barrel Select #4) were filled with our 7th anniversary collaboration stout with Bottle Logic, resting on small amounts of vanilla in each barrel for the entire 14 months. When emptied, these barrels were not conditioned on any additional adjuncts, showcasing their respective selected barrels flavors.
