Very pale golden, hoppy ale associated with the city of Cologne Germany. Tart and dry with a mild, earthy hop flavor from the use of German Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Slight grainy notes from the use of Bohemian pilsner malt. This refreshing beer reminds us of the final days of summer spent riding bikes and popping wheelies.

Comes out of the tap a pretty clear amber with a thick, fine-bubbled, yellow-ivory head. Aroma is rich and fruity with a malty undertone. Crisp, malty flavor has a fruity overtone and just a touch of woody hops. Smooth, strong body has a good amount of fizz and leaves a fruity, tingly finish. Perfect for fall, to recall the pleasures of summer (and not the horrid heat!)
