We are excited to present you our newest lager beer. It is not a hazy IPA, fruited sour, or pastry stout. This is a beer that classic style that tests a brewery's process and acumen. A simple grist of German Pilsner malt lays a crisp, grainy foundation for the hops and fermentation profile to shine. Hopped assertively with New Zealand Pacifica and a bit of Czech Saaz. This beer has a floral nose with notes of freshly cut grass, peppercorn, and subtle hints of citrus. It has a clean fermentation profile with a delicate minerally finish. Enjoy!

Taps clear straw yellow with a fair ivory head. Aroma gives fresh malt with apple and resiny hints. Flavor provides crisp fresh malt, bitter hops and a floral and citrus underpinning. Texture yields decent body and lively fizz. Ah, sweet taste of victory!
