Very unique aroma of toast, banana, and dark fruits from use of traditional Belgian grains and yeast. We made 100 pounds of our own candi syrup for this batch. Very low bitterness, and as with most Belgian beers, deceptively dangerous!

Comes out of the tap a slightly hazy dark honey golden with a nice buff head. Malty aroma has a strong overtone of honey and caramel. Bold flavor has honey, caramel, malty, honey and horehound notes. Texture is smooth and firm, if none too fizzy. Double up, double down, whatever.
