Had this at the brewery, and I didn't have the heart to tell them how bad it is because the owner couldn't stop raving about it. It's an overcarbonated mess. Cherry red in colour, head is fleeting, notes of tart raspberries and yeast weak at best. Very watery, and flavour is minimal, but puckering.

Slightly unfiltered peach-amber colour with a golden hue. The head dissipates quickly leaving no lace. Fresh raspberry juices in the nose with hints of cherry. The taste has a building sourness with the fruity notes that form the base and light tart is left. An easy-drinking raspberry sour.

The beer pours a highly effervescent clear copper colour with no head. The aroma is tart cherries, light hibiscus, and funky yeast. The mouthfeel is light bodied, puckeringly sour, and highly carbonated. The flavour was thin and watery with hints of sour fruit and funk. Not a favourite
