Here’s what our Brewmaster, Scott, had to say regarding his new creation. “We decided to bring Britain to you! Our deep copper coloured Special Bitter is a soft balance of lavender, mint, spice, honey, grass, earth, lemon, and thyme. These, along with its mild nutty note and delicate caramel tone, creates a beautiful song in beer. A folk festival for your taste buds but without a port-a-potty lineup! “
