Comes out of the growler a decidedly pink-tinged amber; head is thick but effervescent. (Pink - why does light red have such a special name and such a special connotation?) Typical apply aroma has a hint of - raspberry? Flavor is typical of a good hard cider, and has that raspberry hint the aroma promises - I LOVE raspberry! Texture is crisp and fruity, typical but pleasing. Drink one for a good cause!
