Pretty unique spice profile for a cider, and a touch more complexity than one is accustomed too as well. Not a favorite - while I liked it, nothing wowed me - but a solid entry nonetheless.

Comes out of the tap a clear palest gold, almost clear like vodka, with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Rich and fruity aroma does not just invite a taste, but demands it. Flavor is crisp, sweet, fruity, mainly apple with more than a hint of pear and a touch of banana, along with a little fruity sourness. It is rather sweet but not sickeningly so, almost like "soft" cider. Smooth, full-bodied texture has some good fizz. I know that I have to rate this a little differently from a beer, so I hope that I have done this tasty cider justice.

Pours a light hazed dark gold .. minimal foam .. . perfumey nose .. . light yeast, apple skin, and sweet apple juice .. . super refreshing and way to easy to put away .. . the nose is the only knock, other than that- a fantastic cider! .. . . emeril don't know shit about wing sauce!
