Our Dunkel, German for dark, is a German-style dark lager. It has been brewed using Midnight Wheat malt, which provides an intense colour yet mild flavour that starts malty smooth and finishes with hints of roasted chocolate flavours from the Munich and Chocolate malts. Magnum and Triple Perle hops blend perfectly to give a balanced crisp finish. Ingredients: Water, Pilsner, Munich, Midnight Wheat & Chocolate Malts, Magnum & Canadian Triple Perle Hops, German Lager Yeast.
