Our Scotch-style Maple ale is a special batch brewed in support of “Rachel’s Kids”. Scotch-style beers are brew with an extended boil creating an additional sweetness. Real maple syrup added to the boil and fermentation with a hint of syrup added to the bright tank round out the unique process for creating this special beer.
