In May of 2016 the equipment to begin brewing arrived. Together Sean and Amanda Lucey are the dynamic duo behind the success of Windmill Brewery. Sean’s strong appreciation for beer and engineering background, paired with the brewing knowledge has led him to Windmill Brewery. Utilizing the five senses Windmill’s Pilsner 1838 has the right ingredients and the staff techniques to enhance the flavours. On the other hand Amanda’s family passion for craft beer help open Windmill an amazing adventure. You can find both Sean, Amanda, as well as the passionate staff at the brewery within operating hours. Drop by, or schedule a tour of the facility by contacting us. The brewery supports a beautiful Picnic Pavilion which doubles as an event space, to bring our your personal friends, family reunions or corporate events.
