A classic pils matured on a Czech lager yeast which produces a soft palate billowing with luscious malt and hop flavors. Dry-hopped with imported Saaz (Zatec) hops. It was awarded a Silver Medal in the European Pilsener category at the 1996 Great American Beer Festival. Original gravity: 1.050; Alcohol by weight: 4.2% (5.3% ABV). Grains: Premium pale malted barley; Hops: Mount Hood, Saaz.
