Pours rich coffee with a thick, though not long-lived, chocolate head. Aroma provides roast malt, sweet vanilla, chocolate, molasses and subtle coffee tones. Flavor delivers roast malt, molasses, vanilla, chocolate, quality coffee, and a not-so-subtle alcohol nip to remind you this kitten (bison?) is high-grav. Texture features viscous body and perky fizz. I scream, you scream, we all scream for craft beer!
