Pours clear pale yellow with a thick though not long-lasting snowy head. Aroma gives rich crisp raw malt plus yeasty and zesty apple tones. Flavor provides raw malt, yeast, crisp apple, a little resiny hops. Texture presents serviceable body and peppy fizz. Maybe not super, but super-crushable.
