Pours coffee brown with a nice if short-lived cocoa head. Aroma features roast malt, bourbon, chocolate and subtle coffee tones. Flavor gives milk chocolate, roast malt, bourbon, subtle coffee. Texture offers viscous body and lively fizz. OK, it's a BISON, not a buffalo - but why be picky?
