Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours coffee with a thick though not long-lived tan head. Aroma offers chocolate, cocoa, roast malt, a little pepper. Flavor brings rich, sweet chocolate plus roast malt, cinnamon, enough pepper to be interesting but not so much as to turn your mouth into a set from "Backdraft", a hint of coffee. Texture contributes firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. Muy caliente but not too hot to handle.
