An homage to Orval, one of the greatest beers ever brewed, this beer took more than a year to plan, brew, and age. This bottle conditioned Belgian Pale boasts a cloud-like head that rests on a straw-gold body. In the old-world tradition, it is dry hopped with whole cone Crystal hops for a particularly vibrant and expressive hop profile. Each bottle undergoes a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces brux which adds layers of complexity and a farmhouse quality that makes this beer intricate and amazing.

Pours translucent apricot with a thick and very persistent ivory head. This is a slow gusher, so keep an eye on it! Aroma provides tart and funky stone fruit plus a little fresh malt. Flavor adds tart, funky stone and citrus fruit with a malty and slightly hoppy underpinning and a hint of butterscotch. Texture yields good firm body and lively fizz. Walk through the Valley of Gold!
