Second beer from this brewery at the LCBO, in a 330ml bottle, but with no wax this time covering the cap. Pours a clean yellow colour at first, but the last pour is cloudy with some sediments going to the bottom. The white cap is fizzy disappearing quickly. Carbonation sends small bubbles to the top. Lemon smell, but not your usual sour lemony thing. Hints of saltiness. Just like in the taste. Almost like a mix of orange juice, more than sour lemons, but with other tropical fruits. A different Gose with the preserved lemons. Nice !

The beer pours a hazed thin yellow with almost no head aside from a few white island here and there. The aroma is yeast, lemons, funk, and grass. You can smell the tartness. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with high carbonation. The flavour is tart citrus, some funk, light grains, and a light bitterness in the finish.
