12oz bottle pours out with a murky plum juice looking body that briefly supported a tiny weak white head. The modest aroma pushes up plums and berries and a light sugary yeasty spice note. Hmm. The taste is sweet and tart with berries, plum juice and candied flowers as well as a bit of spicy yeast. This is decent enough but the underlying sugary sweetness isn’t really doing it for me.

Bottle: Poured a burnt red with no head. Aroma is berry and flowery. Taste is lightly soured fruit with a mellowing finish of grain.

Dark pink pour with a thin light pink head. Not much in the way of aroma--maybe a hint of berries. Light, carbonated mouthfeel, almost champagne-like. Taste is a little tart and sour, with some yeasty notes in the background. Very dry finish. Definitely different.

A vibrantly dark pink pour yeilds a pretty nice semi-sweet fruity brew with just a hint of tartness and tea-like flavor to it. The aroma was nearly non-existent, or this could have been better. Easy drinking chick brew as it is.
