Pours deep, rich coffee brown with a very thick but effervescent cocoa brown head. Aroma has spicy and fruity notes riding atop roast malt and subtle oaty tones. Flavor is definitely reminiscent of home-baked cookies, presenting ginger, oat, malt, molasses and toasty notes - almost like a liquid ginger snap - but with a hint of hops. Mouthfeel features OK body and lively fizz. Milk and cookies for grownups!
