This ale is made in the Belgian tradition with Noble hops and our Belgian yeast giving this blonde golden colored ale a wonderfully complex spicy clove like aroma and subtle dried apricot, and biscuit like flavor. This beer is a wonderful entry level Belgian beer for anyone unsure of Belgian styles. Pairs great with shellfish, mussels, moldy cheeses and French fries.

Pours clear golden with a nice porcelain head. Aroma presents malty, orange, yeasty and clove tones. Flavor echoes the aroma nicely, but with more fruity character. Mouthfeel delivers good body and lively fizz. You may be right, I may be crazy about craft beer - but it just may be a Lunatic Blonde you’re looking for.
