The sun, earth, and moon need to be perfectly aligned to create the marvel we call a 'Blood Moon.' This sour is no different; we created incredible alignment between sour and blood orange to create this wondrous beer that, like a lunar eclipse, won't be here for long.

This beer pours a translucent golden orange colour with a huge bubbly cap that acts like a soft drink and is gone within minutes. Not even a film on top. The aroma is tart orange, sour grains, and weak musty hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavour is tart orange soda with a hint of alcohol. Drinkable for sure, but not very beer like. -

Can from brewery that pours a hazy, light-golden colour with frothy white cap, average retention and minimal lacing. Very nice blood orange essences for aromas. The taste is quite sour with the milder blood orange notes in the finish, lingering. Crisp and tarty mouthfeel. Not bad for one of their sour ale. Probably their best for the style.
