    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann snifter a cloudy dark amber-chesnut coloured Triple with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is slight toasted malts and sourish fruits, apples, pineapples. The flavour is toasted malts, a touch of caramel, sourish fruits, pineapples, apples, bready , notes of honey. The mouthfeel is sparkling, a bit oily and sticky. This medium to full bodied Triple has a dry alcoholic and fruity finish. I do not really appreciate the overwhelming alcoholic presence, covering too much the flavours of this brew. I am greeting the trial but, for me, the effort is not successfully.
