    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml flip-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann shaker pint glass an unfiltered hazy pale yellow to straw gold colored Pils with a three fingers white milky creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sourish yeast malts, fruity, lemon and floral hops. The flavour is grainy malts, biscuits, fruity, lemon, floral hops and the omnipresence of the " salbei " or sage. The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This medium bodied Pils has a strong hoppy bitter finish. An unusual but very pleasant Pils.
