Pours opaque coffee with a thick and fairly persistent chocolate head. Aroma presents pineapple, roast malt, chocolate, coconut, molasses, and a hint of coffee. Flavor yields definite piña colada notes, plus roast malt, molasses and mocha for a well-rounded and distinctive stout. Texture offers viscous body though only adequate fizz. Whatever OFYMD is supposed to mean, who cares? This is a great beer.
