Deep inside everyones heart there is a special place for cake. Rich, decadent, silky chocolate cake. Our German Chocolate Cake Sleepy Bear is loaded with toasted coconut, roasted pecans, Madagascar vanilla beans, and cacao nibs. We blended multiple different vintages of bourbon barrel aged Sleepy Bear to seek the right backdrop for this years release. The end result is a super rich and absolutely delicious barrel aged variant that we are extremely excited to share with you. This is definitely a beer to sit around a campfire with your closest friends and crack open to share and enjoy.

Pours dark chocolate with a thin golden-buff head. Aroma delivers chocolate, roast malt, toasted coconut and subtle coffee notes. Flavor provides sweet chocolate, roadt malt, toasted coconut, coffee and earthy notes. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Bear to be German.
