Our flagship Pale Ale winning Best Beer (Sheffield 1999) and champion beer of South Yorkshire in 2002. This golden ale's distinctive character is skillfully achieved by the subtle blending of triple malts and Cascade hops making this delicious drink a favorite. Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, lager malt, wheat malt. Cascade and Fuggles hops.

    Bottled. Hazy orangeish colour with white mediumsized head. Hops, fruit and honey in aroma. Mildly malty flavour with flowerish hops dominating. Nice hoppiness makes this a good one. Good beer to have with friends while being social at a pub. Nothing you would drink lots of though...
