The beer pours a very hazy light gold colour with a rocky bubbly head that lasts a few minutes. The ginger dominates the aroma, although one can detect light cereal grains, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is lemonade and ginger, there is no other way to describe it. The ginger provides a huge finishing bite. -

Tall can from mixed 4pk from the Beer Store. Pours an average size frothy off-white head and has a hazy golden orangey appearance. Decent sticky lacing. Medium carbonation. Aromas of peaches, lemon, yeast, some subtle ginger notes and grassy hops. Flavours are fruity, a bit of the peaches at first, some citrus and piney notes afterwards, some wheaty and yeasty notes as well. The ginger is mild and not too overwhelming. Quite a lot of sourness. Not bad.

Part of their eight 4-pack cans series. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, good stay and some full creamy lacing. Big ginger nose that was freshly grated, with a sour background and some fruitiness. The taste is milder with very light peach notes. Mostly sourness and some ginger, finishing quite quickly, and only tart remaining on the tongue. Missing the peach, but other than that a nice light ginger sour.
