Based on a Great American Beer Festival award-winning recipe, this American-style wheat has more flavor than its light lager cousins. We add a hint of Cascade and German Traditional hops for a slight citrus character that balances the lighter malts. Pours clear topaz with a thick eggshell head. Aroma yields wheaty and yeasty notes - that's it. Flavor presents wan flavor, not even wheaty, just malty. Texture offers thin body and weak fizz. Well, another rating.
