For this variant, we started with a batch of Medianoche aged in a Jamaican rum barrel for over 20 months. Then we added over 50 lbs of ripe bananas, brûléed with Turbinado sugar, along with cinnamon, vanilla, and even more caramelized Turbinado sugar, resulting in an Imperial Stout that perfectly recreates the classic New Orleans dessert!
