Unfiltered lightly with particles, golden-amber, a big frothy warm cap, very long stay and leaving full foamy lacing. Big sweet maple syrup aromas at first, with some herbal notes coming out with time. Some nutty pecan hints. The sweetness does calm down after breathing, and the hops do cut the maple sweet touch with a light grassy hoppy dryness. The pecan mild tart lingers on the tongue, with some spices. An interesting nutty, maple, spicy old ale with decent hops to balance things out. Yet, a little all over the place.

The beer pours a translucent gold colour, highly effervescent, with a short lived bubbly light tan coloured head. The aroma is maple, pecans, spices, and bready grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with average carbonation. The flavour is very sweet with lots of pumpkin flavour masking the maple and nuts. Despite being only 5.5%. the alcohol is noticeable.
