Whether your wearing flip-flops or not, you'll agree that a well-made pilsner is the perfect summer beer. This one uses all imported ingredients including Czech Sazz hops, to give a sof, smooth malt flavor and a crisp hop profile. The herbal hop aroma and bitterness, just enough to refresh, are highlighted by a soft, lingering finish.

Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, grainy and sweet. A light to medium bodied Pilsner. Malts are fruity, grainy and sweet. Touch of slightly bitter hops. Grapefruity and herbal. Crisp. Light and refreshing. Nice summer beer. Nice crisp and dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
