The base beer Road Block is a German Style Doppelbock. Long cool fermentation results in a deceptively easy drinking beer which has been enhanced by several months of maturation in once used bourbon barrels. The resulting beer retains the Road Block character but with tones of vanilla from the American Oak barrels and round warm flavours from the bourbon! MALTS: 2-Row, Vienna, Munich, Crystal Malts HOPS: Magnum
