Wadworth's summer cask beer is brewed with fragrant Saaz hops normally used for premium lager.These hops deliver a delicate aroma and bitterness making Summersault ideal for summer quaffing. Summersault is best served cool and dispensed with a sparkler.Summersault is brewed with lightly kilned pale malt flavoured with Fuggles, Styrian Goldings and Saaz hops. These are added at both the start of the copper boil and as 'hop tea', a hot water infusion, as the copper casts. This achieves a highly fragrant brew with bitterness units of 27. Colour rating is 12.

    Cask at the Belle Vue (nice name), High Wycombe - a strange little pub quite near to the station with a few real ales including guests (like this). Boring golden ale, lacking in the body and flavour to make it anything other than an attempt to convert tasteless lager drinkers into tasteless ale drinkers. There is perhaps a touch of fruit in there and a light hop finish but not much else at all.
