Alright. Making some headway on this ever growing list of beers I need to review. On tap at the Vintage nearly 2 months ago. Pours a dark amber with a medium sized white head. Some smoked peat on the nose, hops and dark fruit. Taste is rich, peaty as well, slightly sweet finish.

On tap @ Vintage Brewing in Mad-Town with PfoxyJohn and phishpond: a casked Irish Red, Yes! Deep ruby amber pour with a short tight head, ample lacing. Mellowed malty and very slight oaken woodsy aroma with a touch of nuts, apples and earthy hops. Flavor is mellowed malty Irish Red goodness: slight earthy hops, mostly sweet malts with the oaked woodsy presence nicely mellowed this ale to near perfection. What a nice tasty Irish and presentation. Thank you Travis and John (or whoever paid...)
