Quinto or "fifth" in Italian refers to the fifth Vicar beer, the alcohol content and the Italian brewing equipment. Vicar Quinto is a golden blond high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation in bottle and barrel. Because it is based on the recipe of Vicar Tripel, it is soft and drinkable. The beer has a rich aroma, creamy head and low alcohol content. Overall a tasty drink! Moreover, the Quinto is 100% naturally brewed, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Somewhat opaque yellow with decent white lacing foam head. Aroma is fresh, some citrus, nice pilsener. Taste is good pilsener, fresh bit sour. Lasting aftertaste. (Vell 201311)
